About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Vida, the charming townhouse with private terrace and refreshing pool, which can even be lit up at night. A waterfall shower with hot/cold water is also available. Directly off the terrace is a covered and air-conditioned lounge area with cosy decor, sun loungers and parasol. You can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. An additional highlight is the roof terrace with sun awning. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view over the rooftops of Artà.
The interior of the beautiful townhouse is very charmingly furnished. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with sofas, lounge chairs and other comfortable seating furniture. The dining area adjoins the living area and flows into the kitchen area. There you will find all the amenities you need for self-catering. There is a separate TV room on the upper floor, also with air conditioning. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub, round off the timelessly modern furnishings of Casa Vida. The air-conditioned and heated holiday home is perfect both in summer and in the mild winter. It is also ideal for a home office. With a pretty patio and pool as well as a roof terrace, the fantastic townhouse Casa Vida offers a private gem in the centre of the medieval town of Artà in the east of the island. You can do your shopping within walking distance at Agromart, the supermarket or at the weekly market on Tuesdays. Beautiful beaches such as Sa Marjal are only 10 km away.
