For this property, we kindly recommend that guests use the elevator responsibly and adhere to the maximum limit of 4 passengers at a time to avoid any unexpected issues.

Please note that there is ongoing construction by neighboring residents within the complex between the hours of 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This is unfortunately beyond our control. However, the complex management is aware of the situation and has instructed that quiet hours be respected and enforced accordingly.
