Windows along the back of the house bring in beautiful natural light while offering relaxing views of the trees and lake beyond. The kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, complete with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, generous prep space, and counter seating for three where guests can chat while meals come together. Just beyond, the dining table for seven invites long dinners, card games, and laughter that lingers late into the evening.
The living room is made for unwinding. Sink into one of two cozy couches, turn on the smart TV for movie night, or fire up the gas fireplace when the evenings cool down. • Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. o We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs only.
o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests
