Escape to Emory River Retreat, a beautiful waterfront home where the Emory River meets Watts Bar Lake in Harriman, TN. This spacious retreat sleeps 12 and features a private dock, stunning water views, and plenty of room for families and friends to gather. Enjoy fishing, boating, and relaxing on the deck just steps from the lake. Minutes to downtown Harriman, hiking, and local dining, yet peaceful and private for the perfect East Tennessee lake getaway. Managed locally by Jim Henry Vacation Rentals.
Check-in / Check-out: Check in is t 4:00pm and Check-out time is 11am. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in/out with our smart lock system. Early check-in and check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
There are 54 stairs down to the dock. Guest with mobility issues may experience difficulty accessing the dock.
Owners personal boat and lift is off limit to guests.
Upstairs office is off limit to guest and is used for storage.
No smoking anywhere on the premises.
Guest will have access to entire home except a locked owner`s closet downstairs and locked storage closet upstairs and owners boat.
There is a camera present on back patio of the home. Please do not flush non-feminine or non-toiletry items in the bathroom, Home is on a septic system.
