About this villa rental
This single-family home has just been renovated.
With no traffic passing by, it is quiet and very bright.
It’s just a short walk to the marina and all the local attractions (the town square, bars, restaurants, movie theater, shops, pharmacy, emergency room, and church).
The best part is the garden, where you can relax—perhaps grilling some fresh fish on the BBQ or taking a long, hot shower after returning from the beach.
The interior consists of a living room with a sleeper sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and linens.
There’s a ceiling fan in the center of the ceiling if you prefer it to the air conditioning, which is available in every room anyway.
There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with direct access to a large bathroom with a shower, and a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a second large bathroom with a shower.
There is also a small safe. The fee for linens (€50.00 for bed linens and €50.00 per stay) is extra.
