About this apartment rental

This charming 25 m² studio, recently renovated with complete insulation, benefits from an optimised layout and high ceilings, offering a beautiful volume!

The main living area includes a high-quality Rapido sofa bed with a real mattress, guaranteeing a comfortable night's sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals: Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, microwave, 2-ring hob, knife set, and numerous appliances (traditional oven not included).

Two comfortable faux leather stools allow you to enjoy your meals in a convivial atmosphere at the bar.

The private bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower, vanity unit, ventilation, mirror with LED lighting, and toilet.

Located on the first floor of a small building without a lift, the studio offers an intimate and authentic setting.

A proper entrance hall with storage space for shoes and coats completes the space.

The studio is also equipped for work and entertainment: desk with storage, adjustable LED lamp, 55-inch flat-screen TV, fibre internet, electric shutters and modern wall-mounted vacuum cleaner.

Every detail has been thought out to ensure you have a pleasant, convenient and independent stay, whether for remote working, studying, a business trip or a holiday.

The studio is easily accessible from Toulon train station by bus (about 10 minutes) or by car. It is located 2 minutes from the Toulon-Est motorway, providing quick access to all parts of the city or Hyères.

The entrance is directly through the main door of the building. Please note: there is no lift, access is via stairs to the 1st floor.

Parking:
The accommodation does not have private parking. Street parking is available in the neighbourhood, subject to availability.
Other options are available nearby: the Saint-Jean du Var Hospital public car park (1 Av. Georges Bizet, 83100 Toulon) is a few minutes' walk away and offers hourly or daily rates.

Saint-Jean du Var is a historic residential neighbourhood located east of Toulon, a former suburb that developed in the second half of the 19th century. This dynamic neighbourhood offers an authentic neighbourhood atmosphere. You will find all the shops and services you need for your stay nearby. Toulon city centre, with its main attractions, is easily accessible in a few minutes by public transport or car.

By public transport:
The neighbourhood is served by the Mistral network, with several bus routes providing quick access to Toulon city centre, the SNCF railway station and other points of interest in the city (more information on the Mistral app). The nearest stop is Mermoz, served by lines 1, 2 and 29.

By bike or scooter:
Getting around by bike or scooter is ideal for visiting the region without any constraints. You can park your vehicle in the reserved spaces right in front of the flat and secure it with a lock on the railings provided for this purpose. A city surveillance camera is also nearby for added security.
