For those who enjoy a countryside holiday, this is the ideal location where guests can relax and take in the views or enjoy the surrounding walks. Stable Cottage, near Kildonan, is situated on the most southerly tip of Arran and is located on a working farm which offers guests a picturesque outlook from the private garden, accessed via patio doors from the living/dining room. The property is well equipped, spacious and ideal for families.
The beach is just a 5-minute drive away in Kildonan where seals are often found. The beach is a favourite for families and daily picnics. Kildonan also has a hotel serving food and drink to non-residents. Just a further 5 miles away is Whiting Bay with another beach, play park, shop, bar, restaurant and golf club. Next to Stable Cottage is Bushmill Cottage which sleeps 5 people. These charming cottages can be booked together for extended families and friends. Beach 3 miles. Shop 6 miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
