The accommodation boasts two kingsize bedrooms with high-quality furnishings and linen. All towels are supplied and complimentary luxury toiletries are also provided.. 2 steps to entrance.

Garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Mill Cottage is filled with charm and character and offers a fantastic space. The large open kitchen/dining area is perfect for entertaining while cooking evening meals and has a comfortable seating area. You will be lucky enough to receive fresh bread, milk and eggs on your arrival. The living room has an extremely warm feel with a fantastic wood burner surrounded by a stunning wooden fireplace. The windows of the living room are south facing, keeping the room light and fresh all day. The comfortable sofa can also be used as an additional double sofa-bed. Upstairs, the property has two bedrooms, refurbished with cosy carpets and light colours throughout. Both bedrooms offer kingsize beds with a TV in each and ample hanging and wardrobe space. The first floor bathroom also has a shower. Warm, soft towels, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner will be provided by your lovely host. There is a bathroom with shower located downstairs. As well as the log burning stove, there is also central heating. WiFi is available in every room. There is a lockable outdoor shed, to allow for storage of bikes or rods, and an extensive garden area, great for a children in the summer months!
Due to the location of this property, we would advise having a car for the duration of your stay. For evenings out in the local area, there are plenty of local taxi companies. You will find a supermarket just over a mile away, while still having the escape of being located next to stunning fields and countryside. The Forres town centre has an array of local butchers, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. Culbin Forest is just 10 minutes drive, offering beautiful beach walks and biking trails. Landmark adventure park is less than 45 mins away, a great day out for families and children and we are lucky enough to be next door to the stunning Brodie Castle and Hardmuir Farm Shop, a great stop for picking local raspberries and strawberries and stocking up on other fresh produce. The River Spey and Findhorn are so close by, that this property would provide a fantastic base after daily sessions on the riverbanks. Inverness is just a short 30 minute drive from this property and even less time to the Dalcross Airport!
