A charming lodge with plenty of space for four, with a lovely private hot tub perfect for a relaxing break.. 4 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Deck with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 180 acre grounds with woodland, picnic benches and children’s play area and 18-hole golf course (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a lake in the grounds. This property has a security deposit of £100.. With a private hot tub and raised decked area Flamingo’s Rest is perfect for couples or a small family for that last minute break or your main family holiday. With plenty of comforts it’s a home from home with open plan living space for four people and backing onto the woods. Percy Woods is a well-established country park within walking distance of a beautiful Northumbrian village, with beautiful woodland walks and the opportunity to encounter a variety of wildlife. There is a café on site and the owners regularly invite a pop-up bar, pizza/take away food van and more to add a bit of variety to your stay.
Percy Wood Country Retreat is a great central location for discovering what Northumberland coast and countryside has to offer, including castles, stately homes, market towns, pretty villages, and beaches. On-site there’s a fabulous children’s adventure playground area, multi-purpose games court, social areas, and a coffee shop for refreshments. Swarland is a lovely little village in Northumberland where you can have afternoon refreshments at Nelsons coffee shop and sample their wonderful home cooked cakes and pastries overlooking a great park where the kids can play. In the evening relax with a drink or two, play bingo and enjoy the live acts of the Swarland village club. In neighbouring villages sample some fabulous Northumbrian hospitality at the local pubs and restaurants.
