The Victorian seaside town of Ventonor is one of the sunniest spots on the island. Pebble Cottage is an ideal base to enjoy this beautiful town, then return and laze on the south facing terrance.. Ground Floor:

Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Small courtyard with garden furniture. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in grounds children must be supervised near retaining wall. This property has a security deposit of £150.. This charming two bedroom cottage, sleeps up to five people and enjoys a quiet coastal location and a south facing terrace with sea views. It is approximately a two-minute walk down steps to the coastal path at Wheelers Bay.
The lounge/dining room is spacious with a door leading to the rear south facing terrace. The kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped with integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven and a microwave. There is a ground floor contemporary bathroom with a dual head shower over the bath, and a separate upstairs toilet serves both bedrooms.
Entrance to the cottage is via a passageway to a side door. The door at the front of the cottage is not for general use and has been retained for use as an additional emergency fire exit only. Free parking in the Wheeler’s Bay car park (conditions apply & subject to availability) is just a couple of minutes’ walk direct from St.Catherine Street. To reach the car park with a car, the access is via Wheeler’s Bay Road at the beginning of St.Catherine Street. On road parking on St. Catherine Street is unrestricted.

In addition to the main shopping street where you will find a selection of small supermarkets, there are parks and gardens, museums along with the Winter Gardens - an entertainment venue with a growing reputation for its theatre, concerts and comedy and dance shows. The renowned fishery at the marina sells the daily catch of fresh fish, seafood and amazing fish and chips. Boat trips are also available from here.
