With a gorgeous hot tub on the terrace this super modern lodge is perfect for relaxing with friends or family at any time of the year.. 4 steps to entrance.

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Decking with garden furniture. 180 acre grounds with woodland, picnic benches and children’s play area and 18-hole golf course (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars; additional parking on-site. No smoking. Please note: There is a lake in the grounds. This property has a security deposit of £100.. With a lovely sunken hot tub on the raised terrace and wonderful views, Herdwick Lodge is a lovely modern lodge for summer 2021 designed with comfort in mind. With ample open plan living space for four people it is a great social space to relax and catch up. Set on the lovely peaceful Percy Park Wood Country retreat with an 18 hole golf course on site. From your lodge there are amazing woodland walks, leading to the golf club where there is a cosy bar, and you often spot roe deer and other wildlife on the way.
With wonderful relaxing views at all times of the year and a relaxing hot tub to come back to after a day out exploring this is an ideal lodge for friends, couples or a small family. The small village of Swarland has a village club with varied events through the seasons and is in walking distance from the park. Nearby Alnwick has a famous castle where you can often book a broomstick lesson as the castle is ideal for Harry Potter fans having some scenes filmed here. The heritage coast with miles of sandy unspoilt beaches is in easy driving distance, there are places to explore in all directions from here with nearby access from the A1.
