The fully fitted kitchen/dining room is well equipped with all the modern appliances, including a full-size oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The open dining area in the kitchen seats up to five guests, enjoy views out over the nearby woodlands, a perfect space for meals. There are two well-appointed bedrooms, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a double and single bed. Nursery Cottage is surrounded by lovely woodland gardens, with spectacular views out over the river, loch and hills beyond. Ideal for bringing your pets with the many nearby woodland walks. There is a veranda at the side of the cottage suitable for storing bicycles and outdoor gear.

The nearest pub and convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. Dunoon town centre is only 7 miles from the cottage with an array of restaurants, shops, cafés and pubs. Close by is the historic Kilmun Mausoleum, Benmore Botanic Gardens, Kilmun Arboretum and Pucks Glen. For a day out exploring further afield visit the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Argyll’s Secret Coast, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray. It’s also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland. The region is filled with places to see and things to do. The area is one big outdoor playground. Take your pick from walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golfing and more. Beach 100 yards.
