Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms plus a pull out sofa bed in the living area, making it ideal for families or small groups. The light-filled, open-plan kitchen, living and dining space flows seamlessly onto a private balcony with outdoor seating which is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There are two bedrooms positioned off the living area. The master bedroom is generously sized and thoughtfully appointed, while the second bedroom offers comfortable accommodation for additional guests.

The central bathroom includes a bath, shower and toilet.

Secure designated parking for one car is included, with additional paid street parking available nearby for visitors.

One of the highlights of the building is its rooftop facilities, featuring a communal swimming pool with stunning Melbourne skyline views, sun terrace, outdoor seating, and BBQ and shared kitchen facilities (subject to building availability).
