This 3-bedroom vacation home is located in the charming village of Fyti, situated between Paphos and Polis. At an elevation of 700 meters above sea level, the location promises a pleasant, dry, and not-too-hot climate in the summer.
Situated directly on a gently sloping hillside, the house offers a stunning view of the countryside, the dam, and all the way to the sea in Latchi Bay. This view can be enjoyed from every room in the house.
On the first floor is the open-concept living area, featuring a set of sofas, a coffee table, a TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a CD player. A fireplace is also available for cooler days. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes, among other things, a microwave and dishwasher. The solid wood table seats six people, and wide patio doors offer a view of the sea. The first floor also features a bedroom, tastefully furnished with a double bed and hardwood floors, as well as a bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms (each with two single beds), each with its own balcony offering a view, and another bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (cooling/heating).
Outside is the beautiful pool area, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, patio furniture, and a grill. The property is surrounded by a rustic wall and offers unobstructed views.
The house is ideal for guests seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation, far away from mass tourism. Although the village is very small, there are three lovely taverns in the area, all within walking distance. Latchi Beach is about a 15-minute drive away, and Paphos is about a 20-minute drive away.
