The space is centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Frederick within 5 minute walk to all the event venues, shops, great restaurants and historic sites. Facing E Patrick St., the home backs up to the Carroll Creek Promenade Park where you can enjoy festivals, special events, Alive at Five Bands and so much more! The Marc Train station is within one blocks walk if you wish to travel to Washington DC and enjoy our nation's capital. Frederick is the perfect spot to call home while enjoying nature in the Catoctin Mountains, history in Harpers Ferry WV and Gettysburg PA, Washington DC and so much more!
