About this apartment rental
Located on the sixth floor of the UNITY PATONG building, the apartment offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the city. Completely renovated in 2025, it can accommodate 2 people.
With a surface area of 61 square meters (51 square meters of living space and 10 square meters of balcony), it includes a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Bedroom and living room are separated by a sliding partition.
Facing west, its bay windows are anti-solar treated. They are also equipped with mosquito nets.
UNITY PATONG is a 7-storey building with 51 apartments and a gym served by two elevators. On the roof, a 24-meter long infinity pool. On level 1 (first floor) is the parking lot.
Parking, swimming pool and common areas are video monitored. Access to the building is via a magnetic card.
A caretaker is on duty from 7 pm to 7 am.
The building is on a hillside, accessible via a fairly steep road or by an irregular staircase of 80 steps.
