The house is on a semi - quiet street and the neighbourhood is really safe and friendly. The driveway can hold up to 3 cars and there is plenty of free street parking!

There is a 400-meter, 8-lane competitive track that is functionally equivalent in size to a standard Olympic-sized running track right across the street!

Guest access:
You have the entire top floor to yourself! There is a basement but that is rented out to family. They have no access to the top half and vice versa.

House Rules:
- Must be 25 years old to book this home
- We will ask for your ID at the time of check-in
- Maximum if 8 people at any time on the property
- Extra $200 for every guest exceeding the limit
- NO Parties, NO Events, NO Weddings
- NO smoking, cigar or marijuana inside the house
- Violation of the NO policies will result in damage liability up to $5000
- No loud noise, music, etc. A violation could result in removal from the rental home without a refund
- Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this home
- Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine

- We will ask a few questions about your stay
- Will ask for ID prior to confirming your stay
- NO shoes inside the house. Leave them in the shoe rack before climbing the stairs
