About this house rental
Cheerful Family home located in the heart of Collingwood. Walking distance to the waterfront, walking trails, local restaurants, grocery stores and only 6 mins away from Blue Mountain Village. The house features a spacious living room family room and recreation room. A perfect gathering place for families or multiple couples.
The space
There are TV sets on each floor. Although there is no cable or satellite service we have unlimited hi speed Internet so you may connect to Youtube or Netflix or any media app.
There is central A/C .The main floor has a gas fireplace.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire main level and basement, fully fenced yard and BBQ outdoor dining area There is laundry facilities on site that you are welcome to use and parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway. Please note that there is no parking permitted on the street.
Other things to note
Quiet time is after 11pm. This means music is turned down and voices are kept low. This home is located on a quiet residential street and we require that our guests are respectful of our neighbors.
