• An open bedroom overlooking the living room, featuring a trundle bed 90x190 and a single bed 120x190, perfect for children or friends.

• A second independent bedroom, equipped with a double bed 140x190, offering peace and privacy.



The modern bathroom, with its bathtub, is designed for your comfort after a day at the beach.

Outside, you will enjoy a 10 m² loggia, furnished with a large wooden table and two benches in a picnic table style, ideal for your outdoor meals or a sunny breakfast.

The accommodation also has a private parking space within the Grand Large 3 residence.
