This property does not have AC but stays very cool in the summer due to a large tree providing shade. For heat there are wall heaters and additional electric space heaters stored in the closet that are provided.

30–90 night minimum stay

Guests sign a simple occupancy agreement and review house guidelines before check-in; ID and proof of employment/income may be requested

Refundable security deposit

Utilities included with reasonable use

Monthly housekeeping may be required for longer stays
