Step inside and you’ll find a bright open-plan layout where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow seamlessly together. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors frame the sparkling sea views while filling the interiors with natural light. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while the dining area and modern, fully equipped kitchen-complete with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine-make preparing and sharing meals effortless. For added comfort, the villa offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
On the ground floor, a double bedroom with direct access to the rear terrace, alongside a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, twin basins, and toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second double bedroom and a twin room, both with patio doors private balconies and stunning sea views. A stylish shower room with twin basins serves this floor. There is access to a large balcony with Gazebo and sofa set, a fabulous spot for a morning coffee with a view.
Outside, the large terrace with retractable awnings provide a cool retreat, while the brick-built BBQ and alfresco dining area invite you to savour meals outdoors against a backdrop of shimmering sea views. Lovely property with a nice sea view. All exactly as the photos. All information was clear about the property and had no issues finding it or accessing. Found various items in the kitchen cupboards which have not been available in previous villas stayed in. The owner called to see us and was very helpful & friendly. Overall a great stay in a very nice property.
