Featuring an outdoor patio with grill and fire pit. Enjoy quiet mornings, colorful sunsets, peaceful country views and starry nights - perfect for relaxing at this one-of-a-kind getaway.

The space
We feature a loft with two full beds upstairs, a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The living space is open to the fully stocked kitchen.

We also have additional parking available for trailers and additional guests.

We are located 5 miles North of Graham, TX on Hwy 16, 6 miles from the Young County Arena & 30 miles from Rocker B Ranch. We are also 6 miles from The Largest Downtown Square in American in Graham, with shopping & dining options.
