Better communication would be helpful. Some updating needed. Kitchen well appointed. Good location.

This casita was very clean and comfortable with lovely views of the Tortalita Mountains from the living space and the Catalinas from bedrooms. Loved watching the sunsets from the patio. The living and dining areas were lovely. Thought the kitchen was well appointed with new appliances; and came equipped with pretty much everything one would need for basic cooking. Unfortunately, the bathrooms and overall unit's paint need a refresh. Other than that, I would recommend.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice, and all the people we met (both owners and renters) were very friendly. Hiking, biking and dining opportunities are all nearby. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

15 minute drive to a dozen great golf courses; across the street from a nature preserve with miles of walking trails.
