Minutes from the Moda Center & a short hop to Timbers games with easy access to downtown. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, our comfortable apartment provides the perfect home base.
This spacious and bright two-bedroom, one-bath basement apartment is the perfect retreat in Portland’s Irvington neighborhood. Thoughtfully designed, the apartment features natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ceiling height is not that of your typical basement so you won't feel cramped unless you are 7 feet tall.
The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing or catching up on your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Both bedrooms feature cozy beds and ample storage to make you feel at home. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, complete with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
With its combination of brightness, comfort, and functionality, this apartment provides a welcoming space for both short and long-term stays.
Note: We are redoing the floors and upgrading some of the furniture with new picture to follow.
Please be respectful of shared spaces by cleaning up after your pet. The back yard and laundry are shared with the tenant upstairs.
Parking is on the street but is always ample. Please reserve the driveway for our upstairs tenants.
