About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 110 m² house with swimming pool in Grambois to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas, dining area, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the veranda and terrace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Veranda with dining area
- Three bedrooms, each with two 90x190 single beds glued together
- A shower room with walk-in shower and double basins
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 63m² infinity pool (private, unheated), open for rental from 1 July to the end of September.
- A lovely 1,500 m² garden, with a 70 m² terrace, all south-facing and furnished to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Grambois, in the heart of the vineyards, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Numerous farmers' markets, shows, concerts and painting exhibitions at the Château de Louremarin all year round (20km)
- Visit the vineyards and cooperative wine cellars of Les Rosées de Provence
- Lubéron Regional Nature Park, with its many hiking trails, 40km away
- Étang de la Bonde 5km away
- Provence villages: Lourmarin (20km), Cucuron (11km), La Tour-D'Aigues (8km), ...
- Pierrevert (15km): canoeing, tennis, golf course, horse riding, cycling, etc.
Transport :
A car is essential for access to the accommodation. You can park directly in the house's private car park (5 cars maximum - any type of vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Aix-en-Provence station 48km away
- Nearest airport: Marignane airport, 62km away
- Bus route at the entrance to the private road leading to the property
