The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays

Fabulous Vacation Home The house was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a dream. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Besides food, we were in need of nothing. The house was so clean and spotless. There are no words to describe the pool area and backyard. We didn't want to leave and are already planning a return visit.

The house was in a fabulous location, the weather was unbelievable and it was just a great holiday. Nate had answered all our questions and was very professional and happy to help us out. We did not need to contact the home managers.
