Charming 42 m² flat in the eco-neighbourhood on the outskirts of Pyla-sur-Mer, ideal for holidays on the Arcachon basin. It has a comfortable bedroom (140 cm bed), a bright living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a combination oven, air fryer, Senseo coffee machine, etc.

Enjoy a 13 m² balcony with garden furniture and sun loungers, perfect for breakfast or relaxing after the beach.

Communal swimming pool, beach volleyball court, boules court and children's playground. The beaches of Le Moulleau and Pyla-sur-Mer are only 3 km away, and Arcachon golf course is 800 m away.

Other buses are 300 metres away to take you anywhere in the basin (basin or ocean beaches, Pyla dune). Finally, there are also numerous car and scooter rental companies at Arcachon station. This is the ideal way to get around during your stay, along with cycling, as there are cycle paths everywhere. In short, all roads lead to us!
