The pool is wide-open to the South Western daylight exposure as the beautiful golf course meets up with the property line. The foreground highlights the San Jacinto Mountains and paints the blue valley sky with its remarkable peaks and ridges. The back patio is furnished with a dining table for six, and a nearby covered lounge area, making it an ideal place to enjoy meals with family or friends al fresco style. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
