This unbeatable location offers easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, making it an ideal summer getaway for guests who want to park once and enjoy everything LBI has to offer on foot.
The home was renovated in 2025 and features a newly updated open-concept living area, including a modern kitchen with island, living room, and small dining space. This is a side-by-side duplex, offering a single-level living layout with no units above or below, providing added privacy and comfort compared to traditional up-and-down configurations.
