The ground floor welcomes you with a superb sized lounge featuring a cosy log burner — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the coast and countryside. A larger-than-average kitchen diner provides the ideal social hub, complete with generous dining space for gathering together, while a separate utility room adds practicality for longer stays. Also on the ground floor is a spacious family shower room for added convenience.

Upstairs, the cottage continues to impress. The luxurious master suite features a king-size bed and private en suite shower room, creating a peaceful sanctuary with countryside views. A beautifully presented twin room and a second king bedroom offer flexible sleeping arrangements, while a third, spacious shower room services these rooms comfortably — ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together.

We are delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs to Gelli Villa so they can enjoy the holiday too. However, pets are strictly not permitted upstairs or on any furniture at any time.

This policy is in place due to allergies experienced by some of our guests and to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

If this policy is found to have been breached, an additional surcharge will be applied to cover the cost of extra cleaning. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
