Located in a private, gated community overlooking the second fairway of the Dinah Shore Tournament Course, this vacation rental features a spacious living area with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a 60' flatscreen TV, a completely updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with a table for eight—ideal for meals and family game nights! Outside, you'll find a furnished patio with a firepit and a gas grill overlooking the adjacent community pool as well as a furnished, east-facing front courtyard where you can bask in the morning sun while you sip your coffee.

Our month long stay in this well appointed condo was wonderful! The layout is great, the kitchen is fully stocked and the view can not be beat! Mission Hills itself offers lots of areas for walking the property and many pools to select from if you choose to swim. It should be noted the the adjacent pool is solar heated and with the unusually cool weather during our mid-March to mid-April stay there were only a couple of days toward the end of our stay that it was usable. I walked or drove to other available pools for my morning swim. Over all I have no complaints about the condo. Let me mention the view one more time. On a clear day the mountains were spectacular. The back patio was a fantastic place to sit and read a book, watch the golfers go by and take in the view.

We are very disappointed that Vacas does not allow long-term renters first right of refusal for renting the following year. We rent for three months each winter; our condo was already rented for 2023 a week before we arrived in January of 2022.
