This unique property features two separate cottages centered around a lush tropical courtyard, offering space, privacy, and an unbeatable location just minutes from the beach.

Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the gated courtyard is the true showpiece of the home. Enjoy a heated pool and spa, outdoor tiki bar, Big Green Egg smoker, gas grill, covered lounge areas, and mature tropical landscaping that creates a secluded Palm Beach atmosphere. Guest Access:

Guests enjoy private, self check-in access via secure keypads. Guests have exclusive access to both cottages - this is not a shared space.



You may enter through the front door keypad of the main cottage or through the gated courtyard keypad, which provides access to the pool area and the rear cottage.



Access codes are provided prior to arrival for a smooth and contactless check-in experience.

• Minimum booking guest age: 24

• Pet friendly - $125 per stay, includes up to 2 dogs. No cats allowed, please.

• Pool heating is optional at $125 per day. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you would like the pool heated.

• Pool serviced twice weekly (leaves may appear during windy days, pool net is on site)

• No mail/packages accepted

• Exterior security cameras + outdoor noise monitor (no indoor cameras)

• Same-day bookings require 4 hours to process



Guests have full access to both cottages and the private courtyard.
