Perfectly located less than a block from the beach and within easy walking distance to the iconic Surfside Beach Pier, as well as many local restaurants, bars, and shops.
Designed with comfort and style in mind, the home features LVT flooring throughout, high-end finishes, and thoughtful luxurious upgrades. The entire first floor is dedicated to spacious living – perfect for gathering with family and friends to make memories to last a lifetime – including a beautifully appointed kitchen with a 10’ island, dining area, an open living room, a full bathroom, and a small pantry with a second fridge. Sip coffee, eat breakfast, or cheers after a day well-spent on three large covered front porches. Your family is sure to enjoy the private backyard oasis which offers a pool and hot tub (hot tub heating available for an additional fee), plus the covered porch just off the dining room leads directly to the pool area, making indoor-outdoor living effortless. PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (To All Floors), Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
POOL & HOT TUB HEAT (OVERFLOW FROM HOT TUB INTO POOL)
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
