Pool Safety & Supervision
Enjoy our beautiful private pool! Please note: Children must be supervised at all times. There are no baby gates or safety fences around the pool area, so active supervision is required for all guests.

We love hosting your four-legged friends! To keep our home beautiful for everyone, please note our pet policy:

Pet Fee: $350 per pet. Limit 1 pet. Please make sure your pet is added to your reservation.

Visitor Policy: Guests of guests are not permitted to bring pets onto the property unless the pet fee has been paid in advance.

Yard Care: Please be a good neighbor and clean up all pet waste immediately. A $150 additional cleaning fee will be applied if waste is left in the backyard.

Damages: Any signs of pet damage to furniture or the home will result in a repair/replacement fee.

*** If travelling with babies you'll have:

- a changing pad
- a baby bowl, spoon and silicone bib
- a highchair
- a baby bath

Please do not access illegal websites or download anything that would result in a copyright infringement from our internet provider

Trash:
All trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided.
Trash days are Monday & Thursday morning. Recycling is only Thursday morning. If you are staying on these days, please bring the bins out to the street to be collected. We appreciate your help!

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS:
Children are always welcome! While our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at ALL TIMES and assume liability.

Tropical Climate:
Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter creatures like snakes, insects, palmetto bugs and lizards.

If you're a local or were a local, this information needs to be disclosed. We reserve the right to decline your reservation if you are local to our area.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.

LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained weekly/bi-weekly.
This means someone will be in the front yard/backyard for approximately 30 minutes while mowing the lawn.

Scheduled days might vary due to weather and availability.

NOTES ABOUT SOUTH FLORIDA:

- No refunds or discounts will be given for any bugs/pests that might be seen.

*** Storms: No refunds will be given for tropical storms and hurricanes that are common in South Florida.

Our maximum occupancy is 8 guests

PARKING:
Maximum capacity of 4 cars allowed
No parking is allowed on the street or on the grass/lawn. $250 fine in the above case will be applied

PETS:
Pets must be disclosed before your reservation is confirmed. Big breeds won't be allowed.

Guests of guests are not permitted to bring pets onto the property unless the pet fee is paid

RV/TRAILER/BOAT:
NO parking available for trailers, RVs, or boats, so guests will need to make their own arrangements for these vehicles

SECURITY CAMERAS/WIFI:
We kindly ask that you do not tamper with any security cameras or interfere with the Wi-Fi network during your stay. These systems are in place for safety and operational purposes. Any attempt to alter or disrupt them will be considered a violation of our house rules and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the premises.

POOL GLASSWARE POLICY:
For your safety and to maintain the quality of our amenities, no glassware is permitted by the pool area. If glassware is found by the pool, a $150 fine will be applied to your stay.

POOL SAFETY & RULES:
Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty. All guests are asked to enjoy the pool responsibly.
Please be aware that while we welcome families, the property has not been specifically childproofed. Guests are responsible for supervising children and assume any associated risks.
The property owners are not liable for any pool-related accidents, injuries, or drowning or any other accidents that may occur on the property.

A/C:
Do not put the A/C below 69F as this can cause the A/C system to freeze up and stop working and potentially cause expensive damage to the A/C system.
Should this happen, the guest will be responsible for the service call/repair cost in full
* During periods of extreme summer heat (above 88F), please note that the air conditioning system may take longer to cool the home to the desired temperature.
AC termostat will be locked at 70F in the above mentioned case.
Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times.

FIREWORKS
Fireworks Prohibited At All TIMES - This includes Federal Holidays, Public Holidays and National Holidays – Important Guest Disclosure -
For the safety of our guests, neighbors, furry friends and property, the use or possession of fireworks of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, including the yard, driveway, and surrounding areas.
This includes:
• Firecrackers
• Sparklers
• Roman candles
• Bottle rockets
• Any other pyrotechnic devices
Violations of this rule may result in a $2000 fine, immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and possible legal action depending on local laws.

POSTERS/SIGNS:
We kindly ask that you do not stick, tape, or tack any banners, posters, or signs (Happy Birthday, Graduation, etc.) to the drywall or furniture. It damages the surface. Repair costs will be passed on to the guest.

CHECK IN/OUT:
Please respect check in & check out times.
If you do not check out at 11AM, an extra charge of $100 will be applied for every half hour you spend at the property after 11AM.

This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, property damage, or legal actions resulting from my actions or the actions of my additional guests during the duration of my stay.
