The Cub House is a rebuilt riverfront cabin with a private dock on the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes.
Built in 2025 — bright, updated, and not your typical dated Northwoods rental.
Easy access to the full Chain of Lakes right from your dock. Wake up to the water, spend the day on the lake, and end by the fire.
Large open living room centered around a gas fireplace with vaulted ceilings and seating for everyone.

• 3 furnished porches
• Parking for up to 4–5 vehicles + trailer
• Calm river frontage with quick access to Scattering Rice lake and the whole Eagle River chain
SEASONAL NOTE: Landscaping completes mid-May. Dock access is still available, but the current path is a natural sandy slope and not suitable for those with limited mobility.

• Winter: 500+ miles of snowmobile trails nearby.

The Cub House sits where a summer camp lodge once stood. We rebuilt it from the ground up in 2025 — kept the soul, replaced everything else.

• Check-in 4pm · Check-out 10am
• Primary guest must be 25+
• 1 dog allowed with approval ($75)
• No smoking
