The property came as described. It is a newer property in a gated community that has thoughtful details and is well-appointed. The pool, spa, and firepit are beautiful and private. The additional cost for heating the pool/spa in January is a must. The only minor issue with the property is that it backs up to a busy road which generates some traffic noise, if that is a concern to you.

This property was a beautiful oasis in the desert close to the polo grounds. It was nicely decorated and very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool, spa, firepit and backyard area. The community restaurant was within walking distance and we also enjoyed the near by Tack Room restaurant. The management staff let us know that they were there to help us if we had a problem. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in the desert.

Amazing stay in this charming home in a gated communityWe enjoyed so much the huge and beautiful pool Everything you need was in this lovely and modern house for cooking and to relax with a glass of wine at the pool.The king Bed in the master bedroom and the Queen bed in the guest room were very comfortable The neighbors were lovely .The Guy who clean the pool twice per week very professional and very friendly.The service by turnkey was very professionalWe absolutely love our stay in this GEM

Fabulous home and property! The house is incredibly clean and comfortable with everything you need. The yard and pool are truly amazing - early morning swims, sunset jacuzzi soaks, outdoor dining, cozy fire pit, sun or shade - it's all available! Beautiful mountain views. Great location, easy to get around. Owner was communicative and helpul.
