• Winter: electricity included up to 40 kWh per day
Any additional consumption is billed on an actual basis (meter reading).

This rule ensures a fair rate for everyone while ensuring comfort in winter.

🧺 Bed linen and towels option

🛏️ €15 per person for the stay.
Bed linen and towels are provided and placed on each bed (beds not made).
This option is to be paid directly with the concierge on arrival and does not go through the platform.

🧹🛠️ Conditions of Cleaning & security deposits

End-of-stay cleaning is not included.

The accommodation must be returned clean and tidy, in the condition in which it was found on arrival.

On arrival, you will be asked for two security deposit cheques:
• €150 for cleaning, returned if the accommodations are left clean
• €300 for damage and equipment

Cheques are fully returned after verification of the accommodation in no problem.
