The apartment is one of just four residences on the upper level of a quiet building, set on the prestigious Paritai Drive in Ōrākei.
Enjoy spacious open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats four. Step out onto the balcony from the living area and master bedroom to take in beautiful ocean views.
