About this apartment rental
Welcome to our cozy and open vacation rental. It’s ideally located between the Allgäu, Upper Swabia, and the Lake Constance region. From swimming to alpine hiking, there’s something for everyone here. In the summer, we’re the perfect starting point for hikes and bike rides, and in the winter, you can relax at the many thermal spas in the area. Our vacation rental is only about a 15-minute walk from the train station, where you’ll find (long-distance) bus and train connections throughout the region.
A bakery, butcher, and Italian deli are within a 5-minute walk. A few meters further on, there are several supermarkets. The outdoor pool and ice rink are about a 10-minute walk away. Just 300 meters from your front door, you’ll find a forest with a fitness trail. It’s a 5-minute walk to the specialized clinic.
Since we have small children ourselves, we know how exhausting a vacation can be. That’s why we want to take at least a few worries off the parents’ shoulders, which is why our vacation rental is equipped with basic safety measures for toddlers (outlet covers, stair gates, drawer stops). We also provide a travel crib, high chair, and toys free of charge.
There are several playgrounds in the area just a few minutes’ walk away, with something for every age group.
Home sweet home—a child-friendly vacation rental:
Here you’ll find a 1.5-room duplex apartment with a terrace and front yard. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a dining and living area with a sleeper sofa (1.20 x 2 m), TV, and PS4. On the first floor is the light-filled bedroom with a double bed, a large built-in closet, and a height-adjustable desk, as well as the naturally lit bathroom with a shower. The apartment features underfloor heating and cooling, so it’s never cold in winter and never too hot in summer.
On-site costs: Whether you’re traveling with or without older children, the drawer locks can be deactivated. There are no additional on-site costs. For prices on stays of 21 nights or more, please contact us directly.
Check-in is available from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
