On-site fees: Arrival and departure • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. • Custom check-in/check-out times are available upon request. • Keys are handed over in person or via a key safe. Prices & Payment Terms • The rental price includes: lodging, utilities (water, electricity, heating), and the statutory value-added tax. • A 20% deposit is due within 7 days of booking confirmation. • The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 14 days before arrival. • For last-minute bookings (less than 14 days before arrival), the full amount is due immediately. Cancellation Policy • Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation • 13 days or fewer before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Use of the Vacation Rental • The apartment may only be used by the agreed-upon number of guests. Guests must register for the tourist tax via PreCheckIn and provide the landlord with a copy of their ID or similar documentation. Check-in is only possible after the tourist tax has been paid and PreCheckIn has been successfully completed. • Parties and events are not permitted. • Pets are not allowed. • The apartment is a non-smoking property. • Open fires and fireworks are prohibited. Duty of Care • Guests agree to treat the property with care. • Any damage must be reported to the landlord immediately. • The tenant is liable for any damage caused through negligence. House Rules • The applicable house rules are an integral part of the lease agreement. • Quiet hours must be observed (e.g., 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.). Liability • The landlord is liable only for willful misconduct and gross negligence. • No liability is assumed for guests’ personal belongings. Written Form Any changes or additions must be made in writing.
