The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a stove and a coffee maker—everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony and start your day with a magnificent view!
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink, offering you the perfect amenities for your daily routine. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort, ensuring cozy warmth even on cooler days. A washing machine and dryer are also available for shared use.

Each has new bathrooms, completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with dishwashers, glass-ceramic cooktops, ovens, or microwaves with oven functions, etc., or small kitchenettes with refrigerators, cooking facilities, microwaves, and sinks.
A washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage are available for guests in the large garage.
