Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please note that the garage and the basement are off-limits for the guests. Other than that, the guest will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home and enjoy complete privacy on the main and second floors.



➤ Availability of free driveway and street parking. Please park only on the left side of the driveway (2 cars max); the right side is reserved for tenants, and street parking is allowed until 11 PM, after which vehicles will be towed.

Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
