About this apartment rental
Our rental is located next to our house, old stone farmhouse, quiet.
Located in the south of France in the Drôme department, you will be ideally placed to visit the Drôme Provençale (Grignan, Nyons ..), Ardèche (Vallon bridge arc ..), and North Vaucluse (Richerenches , Valréas, Vaison la Romaine, Orange, Avignon ..)
Housing: the apartment has been redone in 2017, a surface of 45 m2, no smoking, with an open space (no partitions), room corner with a bed: 140 x 190
You can take all your meals in the covered loggia, reserved for the smoking area or under the trees. You will have shared access to our pool (period late May to the first week of September).
Bed linen, towels, tea towels are provided. Kit: product maintenance provided (detergent product, soil product, gel toilet, 2 rolls of toilet paper). The personal hygiene products being specific to each one, they are not provided.
We have a Dalmatian dog, who could visit you when you are by the pool. We can leave it inside if it disturbs our travelers. 3 hens discreet and very far from the houses, will be happy to eat your peelings.
Access to the pool is free and SHARED with the owners, sunbeds are at your disposal. no parties or parties.
Rental minimum 2 nights, cleaning fee 30 euros required
weekly rental, cleaning fees included!
tourist tax included.
Key collection is done by hand by Sandrine or Jerome. In case we can not accommodate you because we are working, the keys are handed over by a member of the family.
