We had an issue upon arrival that was handled extremely smoothly by all involved. We appreciated the quickness with which everything was dealt with by both the local host and the management company.

Overall it was ok, but there were quite a few flaws such as the pots and pans were horrible and burnt everything, the Keurig machine was not working, the coffee pot smelled like fish for some reason, the cabinet door fell off when opened for the first time, the curtain rod fell down when we opened the curtain the first time, there were spiders and pollen everywhere, and the screen doors downstairs fell off trying to close them. It was a quaint area, but with all the set backs it wasn't worth the cost.
