Enjoy barista-style coffee from our premium Gaggia Cadorna automatic coffee machine (starter beans provided). An air fryer, rice cooker, and sandwich press are also at your disposal. The large dining table comfortably seats up to 8 guests.
• Bedrooms: Rest comfortably across four well-appointed bedrooms, all featuring quality linens, block-out blinds, and ample storage.
o Master Suite: Private sanctuary with a King-sized bed, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, and a walk-in wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom offers double sinks.
o Additional Bedrooms: Three bedrooms each feature a Queen-sized bed and built-in wardrobes.
• Bathrooms: Main bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub. The ensuite provides a shower and a double-sink vanity. A separate toilet adds convenience. Fresh towels and complimentary essentials are provided.
• Outdoor Space: Discover your private, enclosed backyard with an outdoor seating area. A furnished outdoor patio is ideal for al fresco dining or morning coffee.

Please take note of the following important information for your stay:
• Self-Check-In: Detailed instructions for accessing the on-site lockbox will be sent to you prior to your 3:00 PM check-in time, allowing for a smooth and easy arrival.
• Guest Registration & Renter Agreement: For security and insurance purposes, all bookings require completion of a short renter agreement prior to arrival. The agreement confirms guest details and outlines key property information and house rules. Check-in instructions will be provided once the agreement has been completed.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: These requests are subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out. Additional fees may apply.
• Extended Stays: For bookings longer than three weeks, we are pleased to include a complimentary mid-stay clean. This service can be arranged for shorter stays for an additional fee.
• Accessibility: If you have any specific accessibility needs, please reach out before booking. We will do our best to accommodate you and ensure your stay is comfortable.
• Safety: Your safety and peace of mind are paramount. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and a first-aid kit.
• Parking: Secure garage parking is available for 2 vehicles, with additional parking space on the private driveway
