We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to our vacation rental and thank you for considering us as your home away from home.



This apartment is located inside a large complex with ample common spaces, close to the center of Gardone Riviera, which can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The studio apartment features a living area that also serves as the sleeping area, thanks to a bed that disappears into the library behind the table. The well-equipped kitchen is in a separate space, and there is also a small balcony. From the apartment, you can enjoy a view of the lake. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump.



Guests are welcome to use the facilities of the complex, including a lush swimming pool, a rooftop solarium, and a retro-style living area with a TV and a card-playing area. Free parking is available just by the residence in the parking lot.
