Your accommodations consist of the entire first floor of a historically protected half-timbered house, which is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities.
The bedroom features a high-quality, extra-long double box-spring bed (1.6 x 2.2 m), suitable for people with allergies.

The kitchen-living room features a wood-burning stove. A balcony with a lake view, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, plus a separate guest restroom. Some of the rooms are still furnished with restored, historic, century-old furniture that was handcrafted specifically for the house.
All rooms have cozy underfloor heating powered by a heat pump with a photovoltaic system.
You can store your bicycles safely and securely in the outbuilding, where e-bikes can also be charged.
The communal garden features a barbecue area with a fire pit.
The historic farmhouse was completely renovated 2024-25 using traditional materials and craftsmanship.
For example, the walls were finished in a breathable manner using traditional clay and lime plaster. Inside the house, sections of historic exposed half-timbering have been uncovered, allowing you to immerse yourself in the house’s fascinating history.
Many of the national park’s hiking trails start right at your doorstep.
Cycling enthusiasts will find a well-developed network of bike paths winding through the unique landscape.
Last year, several fantastic Greentrails for mountain bikes were built right on the outskirts of town—they’re waiting for you.
