Welcome to “DREAMY DOG STAYS” Romar House 701B, a beautifully remodeled 3BR/2BA East corner beachfront condo owned and operated by Terrys Vacation Rentals, where we specialize in family-friendly 5-star beach vacations.
Located on the 7th floor, this spacious 1,683 sq.ft. condo features breathtaking panoramic Gulf views from the oversized beachfront balcony with access from both the living room and primary suite.
Why Guests Love This Condo:
• DOG FRIENDLY ONLY (NO CATS) — 1 dog included with reservation (when you check the box that states you are traveling with a pet). A 2nd dog can be added upon request for an additional $100 plus tax fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd dog so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made.

The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, 4 leather rocking recliners, a 65” SMART TV, and incredible Gulf views. The updated kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating.
The primary suite offers a king bed, luxury linens, 55” SMART TV, private balcony access, and a spa-style ensuite with tiled walk-in shower and separate double vanity area.
Both guest bedrooms feature king beds, SMART TVs, vanities, and ceiling fans. One guest room also has a private balcony with Gulf and complex views.

Dog Rules:

• Dogs must remain leashed outside unit
• No aggressive dogs
• No unattended dogs on balcony
• Dogs must use designated pet walk areas
• Orange Beach does not allow dogs on the beach

• No smoking/vaping inside condo
• No parties or events
• Contactless check-in
• Rental agreement, guest list, and ID required after booking
• Security deposit hold required 3 days prior to arrival
• In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.

This was the nicest beach stay that our family has ever had. The balcony was large and had great views of the pools and ocean. This was a clean, safe, and quiet place for our family vacation. The unit was large and had everything we needed. The beach had soft, white sand and was not very crowded. Perhaps the only drawback was that the water was not turquoise like other areas in Florida but maybe that is due to the time of year, weather, etc. The only issue we had was confusion about how to work the lock to get into the unit. Terry responded immediately and helped us get in. The trick was turning it counterclockwise. The entire building had a water maintenance issue and the water was shut off for a period of time one day for repairs. That was a bit of an inconvenience but Terry contacted me about that as well and we were prepared for the outage. I would definitely recommend and we plan to stay again.

The condo is beautiful, very clean, and has a very well equipped kitchen. There are extra vanities and sinks in each bedroom which was so convenient. The building were easy to navigate through and the pool area was properly equipped with enough chairs even on a holiday weekend. We loved it.

We enjoyed our stay! The beach wasn't blue like I had anticipated but the place was great, very family friendly. One of the best places we have stayed, would definitely go again. It was very clean, spacious and better than the pictures online. I had questions and logistics prior to our arrival and our host was very helpful and very responsive. Recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romar House 701B. The condo was very nice and really spacious. The host was so easy to get in touch with and sent great information for our check in and stay.
