Overall, the property was great. We love the location and the amount of activities available near the home. The home truly has a very nice pool table, and I play quite a bit of pool. However, there was no chalk in the home as far as we could determine. Fortunately for us, a nearby friend has a table and loaned us some chalk. We took it with us, so there needs to be some left there. It would be far better, since there is plenty of room, to have a regulation-sized ping pong table in the "game room" or adjoining "family room". It was a bother to play pool and then have someone want to play ping pong because we had to set up the ping pong "table" on top of the pool table. It is pretty flimsy and just not very nice. The net is NOT the correct size. I'm sure it is "regulation size" so it was too wide. I was able to make it work, but it took some doing. In addition, there was only one "useable" paddle and one that is pretty much trashed. One side of the "bad" paddle has had the "coating" removed and is rough to play with. Provide new ones.
I think there was only one air hockey "paddle" that was whole. The table appeared to work fine, however.
I know this sounds like it was not a good experience. We are being "picky" because we know some folks would be irritated at these things. With 5 adults and three various-aged grandchildren, the changeover from pool to ping pong was often.
