Self check-in with smart lock. Code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. During your stay, you will have full and unrestricted access to all amenities within the basement suite, exactly as described.

Thoughtful extras for a seamless stay. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome package that includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry and dish washer detergent, cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and sugar.
While your suite is fully private, you may occasionally hear light footsteps or activity from upstairs, as our family lives on the main floor and sometimes has guests over. We always aim to keep things quiet and respectful.
Remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the suite with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action immediately.
The rental unit is intended for personal and recreational use only, Conducting or transacting any form of business on the premises is strictly prohibited. This includes commercial activities, client meetings, or any operations that fall outside of the scope of personal accommodation.
A damage fee of $25 per linen will be charged if linens are damaged with a stain that cannot be removed.
The suite is strictly NON-SMOKING and ZERO DRUG USE inside or on the property. Guests will bear the cost to remove the smoke smell in addition to the cost of lost bookings due to the extra days required to run the ozone machine and, or, the cost for the next guests to stay in another shortlet rental.
It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to read all information posted within this listing. Booking means you understand and accept the conditions of staying in the home.
